By accessing or using the VexarTax platform at vexar.tax ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VexarTax is an online invoicing platform that allows freelancers and small businesses to create invoices, receipts, and estimates, manage clients, and track payments. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

VexarTax offers Free, Basic, Unlimited, and Industrial plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, and software, is owned by VexarTax and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (such as invoices and client data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into the Service, including client information and invoice details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VexarTax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
